Returns & Exchanges

At BigMuscles Nutrition, we want you to look and feel your best in our premium fitness apparel. If your items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are unworn and in original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn apparel with all original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a secure box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
